Inserting A Flashpaper Document – Macromedia Tutorial

Flashpaper is a file condensing program, and is useful for large files that contain important infromation that you wish to send to others, or display on your webpage. Here is a quick guide to inserting a Flashpaper document onto your web page layout.

Select the part of the page you want the document to appear in, and then click on ‘INSERT’ on the toolbar, and select ‘DOCUMENT WITH FLASHPAPER’.

Use the search function to find the Flashpaper file you want to insert.

Click on open, to bring up the next dialogue box, and select which pages settings you want (usually standard size or A4 and portrait).

The system then asks you to confirm the Flashpaper content is accessible, click OK to continue, and the document will now insert automatically into the webpage.
